By purchasing a ticket(s) for any wasteland party event(s), the buyer(s) or user of the ticket(s) confirms too have taken notice of and unconditionally accepts all the following general conditions which will be applicable to all wasteland events. Wasteland events are fetish dance events, which the visitor deliberately attends. At Wasteland events a strict dress code is applicable.
1. General
These General Terms & Conditions apply to every agreement between the visitor and the organiser of Wasteland, organised by Vault Events BVThe Netherlands.
By purchasing a ticket, the visitor agrees to these terms.
2. Tickets
A ticket grants access to the event on the stated date, time and location
Tickets are personal and non-refundable unless stated otherwise in these terms.
Resale of tickets is only permitted via the official resale platform designated by the organiser.
3. Changes, Rescheduling & Cancellation
The organiser reserves the right to change, reschedule or cancel the event if deemed necessary, including but not limited to situations of force majeure or decisions by governmental authorities.
Force majeure includes, but is not limited to:
Refusal, restriction or withdrawal of permits
Decisions or measures by the mayor, municipality or other authorities
Situations affecting public order, safety or health
In case of rescheduling, tickets remain valid for the new date. No automatic right to a refund applies.
If the event is definitively cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, the organiser will provide a reasonable solution, such as: voucher for a future event, or (partial) refund The choice of solution lies with the organiser, in accordance with reasonableness and fairness.
4. Liability
Attendance at Wasteland is entirely at the visitor’s own risk. The organiser is not liable for damage, loss or injury, including travel or accommodation costs, unless caused by intent or gross negligence. The organiser is never liable for consequences arising from decisions by public authorities.
Loud music can be damaging for the ears, The organiser doesn’t accept any liability.
5. Program
The organiser reserves the right to change the programme, artists, timetable or content of the event. Programme changes do not entitle the visitor to a refund.
6. Dress Code & Door Policy
Wasteland has a strict dress code, which is an essential part of the event concept.
The dress code is actively enforced at the entrance. Visitors who do not comply with the dress code may be refused entry. In case of refusal due to dress code or behaviour, no refund will be granted.The final decision regarding entry always lies with the organiser and door staff.
7. House Rules
Visitors must comply with the house rules of the organiser and the venue at all times. The organiser reserves the right to remove visitors from the event without refund if house rules are violated.
8. Drugs & Weapons
Weapons and hard drugs are not allowed, In case of violation the police will be notified and the visitor will be denied admission. Visitors will have to submit to a full security check by the security staff on entering the premises and at all times follow the directions given by the staff. Visitors are expected to behave in a respectful and non-aggressive way towards themselves, their fellow visitors and the staff. Disrespectful or aggressive behaviour will immediately lead to denying admission or removal from the premises.
9. Communication
Visitors are responsible for checking official communication channels of the organiser.The organiser will inform ticket holders timely and carefully in case of relevant changes.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and the organiser’s privacy policy.
Visitors are not allowed to take pictures/photographs and/or to make sound- or film- or video recordings without beforehand acquiring (written) permission from Wasteland. Official Wasteland photographers are recognizable by a badge.
11. Applicable Law
Dutch law applies to these terms.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
